Position: Business Operations Manager
Term: Permanent full time position
Wage: $35.00 per hour
Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours per week, Maximum 40 hours per week Shifted from Monday to Friday
Requirement:
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience or qualification of Level 7 bachelor’s degree or above

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning, organising and overseeing the overall business operations and administrative functions of the company across travel, accommodation and related hospitality services
• Developing, implementing and maintaining company-wide operational policies, administrative systems and service procedures to improve organisational efficiency, productivity and customer experience
• Managing day-to-day business operations including operational planning, workflow coordination, resource allocation, service delivery monitoring and internal reporting systems
• Assisting senior management with strategic business planning, operational improvements, organisational development initiatives and long-term business growth objectives
• Monitoring operational budgets, expenditure and financial performance, and preparing internal operational and management reports to support business decision-making
• Managing and coordinating administrative, operational and customer service staff, including recruitment support, staff scheduling, training coordination and performance monitoring
• Developing and maintaining internal compliance procedures to ensure the company meets employment, health and safety, operational and industry regulatory requirements
• Reviewing and improving operational systems, administrative processes and workflow procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency and service quality across the organisation
• Coordinating relationships with suppliers, accommodation providers, contractors and external service partners to ensure effective operational support and service delivery
• Overseeing office administration, records management, operational documentation and internal reporting processes across the organisation
• Managing operational issues, service escalations and customer-related matters to maintain high standards of client satisfaction and business reputation
• Providing administrative and operational support to senior management, including preparing reports, operational analysis and business performance updates
• Coordinating cross-functional operational activities to support the smooth delivery of travel, accommodation and related business services
• Supporting organisational resource planning and operational management to ensure effective utilisation of company resources and operational performance
