You are responsible to carry out the work of a Restaurant/Shop Manager first and foremost.

However, you should understand that you must be available to complete all employment tasks requested by us, of whatever nature to ensure our business operates effectively and efficiently. Main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Working with other staff to deliver great dining experience towards customer satisfaction
  2. Manager front of house and back of house operations
  3. Regular review of product quality 
  4. Organize and manage shifts 
  5. Making staff rosters 
  6. Hiring, training, supervising and motivating staff 
  7. Conduct staff briefing on daily basis to ensure all operations runs smoothly
  8. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity 
  9. Handling customer complaints and resloving issues 
  10. Determine the product mix and stock levels of kitchen goods, cleaning products, all other goods and order supplies if required 
  11. Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce wastage 
  12. Maintain the food cost percentage within the limit 
  13. Ensure compliance with licensing, higiene, health and safety legislation/guidelines
  14. Handling administration and paperworks
  15. Communicationg with director/owner on regular basis of all aspects of business operation and daily sales 
  16. Help the company in marketing and sales to improve the overall business 
  17. Interacting with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
