Daily Bakery High Street Limited is looking for two full-time Bakers to join our team. Ideal candidate must have the followings:

2 years relevant experience or level 4 or above relevant qualification.
Must be able to work on weekends and early morning shifts.
Must be flexible to work morning and afternoon shifts and be able to manage two shifts in a day.
Full commitment is required.
Be fit enough to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:
Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients.
Performing routine tasks, including making and baking (quiches, savouries,muffins,
pies, sausage rolls &cakes). 
Completing daily production tasks and entering production information into
themanagement recording sheet if required.
Preparing products according to specific recipes to maintain consistency
of production.
Checking the production schedule to determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake.
Taking responsibility for delivering the highest measurements of baking production.
and representing customers to achieve the best satisfaction.
Monitoring oven temperatures and baking products under the correct bakingtime.
Correctly using equipment and maintaining a clean and safe production area.
Adhering and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations in
thebakery.
Assisting with all other duties that form part of the bakery operation.
