Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organising, and coordinating office operations and administrative procedures.
  • Managing daily office activities to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Assigning and monitoring administrative tasks and workloads among staff.
  • Maintaining company records, client databases, and business documentation.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, clients, and external service providers.
  • Assisting management with business planning, reporting, and operational improvements.
  • Monitoring office budgets, invoices, payroll records, and financial administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment, health and safety, privacy, and other relevant legislation.
  • Managing office equipment, stationery, software subscriptions, and other operational resources.
  • Supporting recruitment, staff induction, and training activities.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving administrative issues professionally.
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting team performance.
  • Preparing reports and providing regular updates to the Director.
  • Performing any other duties reasonably required by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

  • A relevant Diploma (Level 5) or higher qualification; or
  • At least three years of relevant experience
