Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, organising, and coordinating office operations and administrative procedures.
- Managing daily office activities to ensure efficient business operations.
- Assigning and monitoring administrative tasks and workloads among staff.
- Maintaining company records, client databases, and business documentation.
- Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, clients, and external service providers.
- Assisting management with business planning, reporting, and operational improvements.
- Monitoring office budgets, invoices, payroll records, and financial administration.
- Ensuring compliance with employment, health and safety, privacy, and other relevant legislation.
- Managing office equipment, stationery, software subscriptions, and other operational resources.
- Supporting recruitment, staff induction, and training activities.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving administrative issues professionally.
- Promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting team performance.
- Preparing reports and providing regular updates to the Director.
- Performing any other duties reasonably required by management.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- A relevant Diploma (Level 5) or higher qualification; or
- At least three years of relevant experience
