Essential Skills and Experience: Will requirea Level 2 Qualification or at least 6 Months of relevent experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
Mixing cocktails and following standard drink recipes
Greeting customers and taking drink orders professionally
Checking customer identification and following responsible alcohol service practices
Handling customer payments and operating POS systems
Cleaning and maintaining the bar area, equipment, and glassware
Restocking beverages and bar supply as required
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements
