Essential Skills and Experience: Will requirea Level 2 Qualification or at least 6 Months of relevent experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

        Preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
        Mixing cocktails and following standard drink recipes
        Greeting customers and taking drink orders professionally
        Checking customer identification and following responsible alcohol service practices
        Handling customer payments and operating POS systems
        Cleaning and maintaining the bar area, equipment, and glassware

        Restocking beverages and bar supply as required
        Assisting with opening and closing duties
        Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements
