We are a fast-food store based in the Waikato region and currently looking for a highly motivated full time permanent Store Manager to perform and ensuring that our valuable customers continue to best services. You will be required to work with minimum 30 hours and maximum 45 hours per week.

Job Duties:

Store Operations:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficient and profitable business performance.

Plan, oversee, and manage daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store. Order stock and ensure to maintain correct level of inventory weekly.

Ensure that the store is ready for service, neat and tidy, and maintained to high service standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain accurate stock levels, ensure expired stock is discarded, and keep the kitchen pantry optimally stocked.

Coordinating promotional activities and local store marketing initiatives.

 Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring friendly, efficient service and resolving any issues promptly. 

Food Quality & Standards:

Maintain high-quality food and service standards to meet customer expectations.

Build an excellent rapport with customers, gather feedback, and act on it to improve customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:

Handle store finances, including cost control, budgeting, and optimization to maximize profitability.

Maintain records of invoices, payments, deliveries, cash, and other financial transactions.

Ensure that food, labour, and marketing costs are managed within budget.

Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Preparing operational reports and maintaining business records.

Leadership:

Provide strong leadership, inspire and motivate your team and foster a positive work environment.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of food to guests

Hiring, Supervising, training, and coordinating staff, including shift allocation and performance management.

Health & Safety:

Maintaining food safety, health and safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

 

Job Requirements:

·       You must have 2 years of relevant industry work experience or at least Level 5 or higher diploma qualification in management.

·       Strong leadership and team management skills.

·       Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

·       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

·       A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

·       Clean character background

·       Zero Tolerance of alcohol and drugs in the workplace, Random Drug tests may require time to time.

 

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $30 per hour to $35 per hour.
