Looking for a fast-paced, people-focused admin role where no two days are the same?
We’re on the hunt for a highly organised Team Administrator to support our client's busy team. This is a key role that helps keep their operation running smoothly by supporting the team, making bookings, coordinating communications, and ensuring compliance is spot-on and always up to date.
What you will be doing day to day
You will be the go-to support for the team, helping with:
- Managing shared inboxes – prioritising, responding, and keeping everything up to date
- Booking appointments – meetings, onboarding, and any required calendar appointments
- Calling clients – confirming bookings, sharing updates, and answering queries
- Completing compliance administration – ensuring records and compliance documentation are accurate and complete
- Supporting project work – helping complete a range of ad hoc projects as required
- Collecting office supplies and clearing the business mail box
- Assisting with admin backlogs as required
- Providing cover for team members during sickness and annual leave
