Aged or Disabled Carer

Hourly rate: 32$ per hour

Minimum: 30 hours per week

Maximum: 40 hours per week

* Key Task & Responsibilities:

- Support clients with daily living, community access, and wellbeing

-  Follow client plans, safety plans, and risk plans

-  Complete shift notes, incident reports, and documentation accurately

-  Maintain professional boundaries at all times

-  Report concerns, risks, or incidents immediately

-  Uphold confidentiality and privacy

-  Follow all policies, procedures, and lawful instructions

-  Attend training and supervision as required

-  Administer or assist with medication only after completing training and authorisation

-  Ensure medication is given on time, recorded accurately, and any errors or concerns are reported immediately

- Never alter doses, timing, or medication types
