China City Restaurant Limited is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team.


To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification

Long-term and full commitments are required

 
Key responsibilities include:

Taking charge of recruiting, training and supervising staff, from going through CVs, conducting interviews, to familiarizing staff wit h procedures, to making sure that staff’s work are up to good standard
Agreeing and managing budgets, and overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
Planning menus and adjusting men us based on customers’ preferences and feedback
Planning and organising functions according to customers’  needs, including birthday parties, Christ mas functions etc.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/ guidelines
Producing staff rosters according to bu siness’s needs and staff’s availability
Handling customer enquiries and complaints by answering phones, replying to emails etc.
Taking reservations, greeting customers and suggesting dishes to customers
