About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team at COMPANY. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.
What you’ll be doing
 
Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
 
Providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries or complaints
 
Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
 
Recruiting, training, and managing staff
 
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
 
Liaising with the Head Chef to maintain product quality
 
Analysing sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement
 
Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
 
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant work experience OR a relevant qualification of management, commerce, business, hospitality etc.
 
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
 
Proficiency in financial management and data analysis
 
Understanding of hospitality industry and trends
 
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 
Passion for the culinary industry and commitment to exceptional dining experiences
 
Availability over weekends, late nights and public holidays.
