Restaurant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

     Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

     Manage and train staff, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.

     Handle inventory and ordering of supplies, optimising stock levels and minimising waste.

     Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.

     Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.

     Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain regulars.

     Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

     Coordinate with the chef to update and refine the menu, enhancing the dining experience with seasonal and authentic Thai offerings.

     Resolve any operational challenges promptly to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment for guests.

REQUIREMENTS

     At least three years’ experience in F&B, preferably with managerial experience; OR a relevant qualification in hospitality, business, administration, management or any other associated field.

     Excellent guest interaction, communication, and customer service skills.

     Pleasant, service-oriented, and outgoing personality.

     Candidates with bilingual skills in English and Thai would be advantageous.
