Restaurant Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
› Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
› Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
› Manage and train staff, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
› Handle inventory and ordering of supplies, optimising stock levels and minimising waste.
› Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
› Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
› Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain regulars.
› Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
› Coordinate with the chef to update and refine the menu, enhancing the dining experience with seasonal and authentic Thai offerings.
› Resolve any operational challenges promptly to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment for guests.
REQUIREMENTS
› At least three years’ experience in F&B, preferably with managerial experience; OR a relevant qualification in hospitality, business, administration, management or any other associated field.
› Excellent guest interaction, communication, and customer service skills.
› Pleasant, service-oriented, and outgoing personality.
› Candidates with bilingual skills in English and Thai would be advantageous.
