We are looking for experienced Office Manager for our client, you will be working in the Bay of Plenty, with weekly guaranteed hours at least 40 and a gross hourly pay rate between $30 and $35 per hour.
You will be required to undertake the following job duties:
- Contributing to the plannng and review of office services, and setting priotities and office service standards.
- Allocating human resources, space and equipment.
- Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff.
- Managing recrods and accounts of the office.
- Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems.
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, perfromance management, payroll, training and supervision
Experience requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in the role

Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.

Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
