We are looking for experienced Office Manager for our client, you will be working in the Bay of Plenty, with weekly guaranteed hours at least 40 and a gross hourly pay rate between $30 and $35 per hour.

You will be required to undertake the following job duties:

  • Contributing to the plannng and review of office services, and setting priotities and office service standards.
  • Allocating human resources, space and equipment.
  • Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff.
  • Managing recrods and accounts of the office.
  • Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems.
  • Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, perfromance management, payroll, training and supervision

 

Experience requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in the role
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.

  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.

  • Professional presentation and customer service skills.
