We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our busy store based in Blenheim.

Store Manager Duties:
1. Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency.

2. Lead the recruitment, induction, training and development of staff, adhering to company standards and expectations.

3. Foster exceptional customer service among employees, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable at all times.

4. Develop promotional strategies to attract customers, manage social media and online
presence, coordinate special events or offers, analyse customer feedback and market
trends and work on brand positioning to enhance the restaurant’s visibility and reputation.

5. Manage all staff and provide them with feedback and organise and supervise shifts.

6. Manage budgeting and financial transactions.

7. Handle the purchasing and pricing of goods.

8. Checking stock level and order supplies as required.

9. Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste.

10. Analyse weekly sales and inventory reports to identify opportunities for business improvement, collaborating with the company owners.

11. Manage administrative activities such as scheduling, budgeting and payroll.

12. Promote brand and recommend ways to reach broader audience.

13. Ensure compliance with health regulations and other safety regulations.

Store Manager Requirements:
1. Diploma level 7 qualification or higher (Hospitality or Business) and minimum three years of work experience in a Restaurant Manager role. 

2. Full Driver Licence

3. Good oral/written communication skills.

4. Strong analytical/decision making skills.

5. Manager Certificate
