Bar/Venue Manager

We're looking for the next Bar Manager to help shape the future of Bargarita. Backed by the Amigos Restaurant Group, Bargarita has all the ingredients to become one of Cromwell's go-to spots for drinks, events, and great nights out. Now we're looking for someone with the passion and drive to help take it to the next level.

Your job will be:

• Overseeing all aspects of running the Bargarita bar/venue
• Responsible for building up the image and brand of Bargarita as the place to be in Cromwell (you will work with our Marketing Manager to help bring your ideas to life!)
• Managing the business aspects of the bar such as keeping a current liquor license, taking inventory, reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals
• Menu creation to meet supplier targets
• Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons
• Planning and taking part in promotional events
• Maintaining a fun safe atmosphere for patrons

You will need:

• Experience running a busy bar/venue
• 3 years of experience working in or preferably managing a bar
• The drive and dedication to make Bargarita the hottest bar in town
