Pullman Rotorua,a stunning 130 room hotel is seeking 5 experienced, guest focused all-rounders to support operations in F&B, Front Office & housekeeping divisions. 
Ideal candidates may have relevant hotel qualifications and/or experience, be physically fit, of good character, & committed to delivering exceptional guest service. This position operates on a rotating roster that includes morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, public holiday, and overnight shifts.

This role is predominantly overnight 11pm to 7.30am and will work closely with the Duty Manager ensuring the efficient running of the hotel during the shift.

  • Assist guests with requests and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service while protecting guest privacy and safety.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest accounts, billing, payments, night audit functions, and post charges in Opera.
  • Assist with overnight room service requests, including food and beverages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the lobby, restaurant, bar, and front entrance areas.
  • Provide security assistance during the night shift.
  • Complete departmental checklists, reports, and ensure a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Ensure Pullman Service Standards and Accor guest loyalty and recognition programs are consistently maintained & delivered.
  • Audit daily hotel finances, verify payment accuracy, and support hotel revenue through upselling.
  • Perform duties of reception, housekeeping, & luggage porters, and assist in managing wider hotel operations, including food & beverage and kitchen when required.
  • Motivate and empower team members to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, including incident management.
  • Assist with employee relations and promptly resolve operational issues, guest enquiries, requests, and complaints using a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Perform other related duties as required

30-45 hours & 5-6 days per week
