We are proud to be partnering with Allied Media to recruit an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team on-site in Dunedin. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR and senior leadership functions in this permanent, full-time position.

About the role: 
This is a broad and varied position that combines support for senior leadership as well as HR coordination and administration responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the CEO managing priorities, coordinating processes, and ensuring a high standard of organisation and communication throughout the company. This newly created role offers the opportunity to make your mark, improve processes, and add to the success of Allied Media.  
  
Role Responsibilities / Duties:  
  • Proving proactive support to the senior leader  
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and diaries
  • Supporting HR administration such as employee records and documentation
  • Managing office administration tasks and ensuring efficient operations  
About You:  
The successful candidate will be a highly organised, strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys having a range of responsibilities.  
 
You’ll bring:  
  • 3-5+ administration experience in a senior or similar role 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities  
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the business  
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently
