Join our dynamic team in Auckland! We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator, requiring a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain and manage company documents, reports, records and business correspondence. 

  • Coordinate the organisation's administrative functions and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations. 

  • Provide professional administrative support to directors and senior management, including diary management and document preparation. 

  • Organise leadership and management meetings by preparing agendas, meeting papers, recording minutes and monitoring follow-up actions. 

  • Attend leadership meetings to provide administrative support and maintain accurate meeting records. 

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, reports and other business documents, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. 

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, company databases and administrative records. 

  • Respond to telephone, email and customer enquiries professionally and direct matters to the appropriate staff member. 

  • Assist in improving administrative systems, office procedures and workflow efficiency. 

  • Perform other administrative duties as reasonably required by management.

  • At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a professional team.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email, internet usage, and Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
