Join our dynamic team in Auckland! We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator, requiring a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain and manage company documents, reports, records and business correspondence.

Coordinate the organisation's administrative functions and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.

Provide professional administrative support to directors and senior management, including diary management and document preparation.

Organise leadership and management meetings by preparing agendas, meeting papers, recording minutes and monitoring follow-up actions.

Attend leadership meetings to provide administrative support and maintain accurate meeting records.

Prepare invoices, quotations, reports and other business documents, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, company databases and administrative records.

Respond to telephone, email and customer enquiries professionally and direct matters to the appropriate staff member.

Assist in improving administrative systems, office procedures and workflow efficiency.

Perform other administrative duties as reasonably required by management.

At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
