Bunny Street Bakery is seeking a full-time Baker to  join our progressive team. We are now looking for an ideal candidate to contribute to our dynamic environment, with the following attributes.

To be successful for this role, you need:

  • 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above qualification.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and early morning shift.
  • Long-term and full commitments are required.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients.
  • Performing routine tasks, including making and baking (quiches, savouries, muffins, pies, sausagerolls &cakes).
  • Completing daily production tasks and entering production information into the management recording sheet if required.
  • Preparing products according to specific recipes to maintain consistency of production.
  • Checking the production schedule to determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake.
  • Taking responsibility for delivering the highest measurements of baking production and representing customers to achieve the best satisfaction.
  • Monitoring oven temperatures and baking products under the correct baking time.
  • Correctly using equipment and maintaining a clean and safe production area.
  • Adhering and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations in the bakery.
  • Assisting with all other duties that form part of the bakery operation.
