The Banker's crust bas been operated as Bakery shop more than 5 years in Whangarei, Northland , New Zealand. Currently it has operated in 3 stores. We are proud to be well known in Whangarei community for being good bakery shop.

Now we are seeking and an experienced and motivated shop manager to lead our shops.

The Role as store manager, you will fully responsiblle for overall performanceand success of the bussiness. The responsible for the role as following:

  • Organize and controle shop oprations
  • Oversee pricing, monitor inventory levels and other new iterms as needed.
  • Plan, sources, distribution products
  • Review and negotiate purchase orders, and terms of sale with supplier
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maximize profitablility and setting/meeting sales target, including motivation staff to do so.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain good relationship with suppliers and customers ensuring compliance with health and safety regislation.
  • Oversee team recruitment, training and development 
  • Prepare operational procedure for shop and code of conduct for the staff
  • Preparing Roasters and assigning work to the staff
  • Create and impliment marketing policies.

you will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours and maximum 50 hours per week. You must to be available to work flexible hours including ealy morning , weekends and public holidays.

You will be paid $30 to $36 per hour based on your skills and attribute.

You should have 36 months relevant work experiences and good communication skills
