We are seeking one reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispensary Technician to support daily dispensary operations. The role involves assisting pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions, preparing and labeling medications, managing stock, and maintaining accurate records. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with over-the-counter products, and ensure compliance with protocols. โฐ Minimum Guaranteed Hours per Week

๐งพ Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions and preparing medications.
- Perform accurate labeling, counting, and packaging of medicines.
- Maintain patient records and prescription files.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring expiry dates.
- Ensure the dispensary is clean, organised, and compliant with pharmacy procedures.
- Provide basic health advice and assist customers with over-the-counter medicines.
- Refer complex customer and clinical queries to the pharmacist when required.
- Handle administrative duties including invoices, records, reports, and other pharmacy documentation.
โ Minimum Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant healthcare, pharmacy, dispensary, or related experience.
- Some healthcare or pharmacy-related experience.
- Must be a Level 3 to Level 5 Dispensing Technician, or
- Be eligible and willing to enrol in the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Programme through Open Polytechnic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
