We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Auckland. If you are passionate about customer service, business operations, and leading a team, we want to hear from you! It is a full-time permanent role with minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.

Requirements: minimum NZQF Level-4 or higher Qualification in Management, OR minimum 02 years Experience as a Store Manager in related field.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

 Food safety certification is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily store operations

Supervise, train, and motivate team members 

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with health & safety, and food standards

 Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints

 Develop staff rosters and ensure appropriate staffing levels

 Monitor sales performance and implement improvements

Report to business owner on KPls and store Performance.

Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 Contribute to sales growth through excellent service and store presentation.

 Implement cost control measures to manage wastage, labour, and operational expenses.

Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales. Ensure proper cash handling, reconciliation, and banking procedures are followed.
