We are looking for a Manager to join us. This is a fulltime role with a minimum 30 hours per week.

Main Purpose

To plan, organise, direct and control the overall operations of Subway Mobil Glen Innes, ensuring efficient daily operations, high standards of customer service, food quality, profitability, and compliance with company standards and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of Subway Mobil Glen Innes to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets, control operating costs, and maximise profitability.
  • Manage stock ordering, inventory control, stock rotation, and minimise waste in accordance with Subway operating standards.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain relationships with approved suppliers.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor food preparation and service standards to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Implement local marketing activities and promotional campaigns to increase sales and business performance.
  • Develop and maintain efficient operational procedures to improve productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.

The successful candidate must have:

  • At least 2 year of relevant work experience, OR an equivalent NZ Level 5 or above, 
  • Good work attitude and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
