MPEAK Enterprise Limited is seeking reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team in the Wellington region. The role involves providing professional cleaning services across multiple commercial sites while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and general cleaning duties.
* Cleaning surfaces, fixtures, fittings, and high-touch areas.
* Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
* Restocking consumables and cleaning supplies.
* Performing deep cleaning and periodic maintenance tasks.
* Operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and polishers.
* Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting stock requirements.
* Following workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
* Ensuring client premises are maintained to a high professional standard.

Skills and Experience

Applicants must have either:

* A relevant NZQF Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or overseas equivalent) in any field; OR
* At least one year of relevant commercial or industrial cleaning experience.

Additional Requirements

* Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
* Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts where required by operational needs.
* Full Class 1 Driver Licence.
* Access to reliable transport, as employees may be required to travel between multiple commercial sites throughout the Wellington region.
* Ability to pass police vetting and drug and alcohol screening where required.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high cleaning standards.
