Join our busy Bishopdale Pizza store as the Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager in running daily store operations, leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for shift performance, maintaining operational standards, controlling costs and stock, and creating a safe, positive work environment.

You will have previous experience in a fast-paced food environment with demonstrated team leadership or management experience.

Job Requirements

·         Full Clean Licence and reliable transport

·         Must pass all pre-employment checks

·         Strong leadership and communication skills

·         Ability to manage staff and handle customer issues

·         Cash handling and basic financial awareness

·         Strong Understanding of food safety and health & safety standards

·         Reliable, organised, and detail focused- Ability to work flexible shifts

·         Willingness to complete required training

 

We’re looking for someone who is:

·         Minimum 1 year of experience or level 4 or higher qualification in relevant field 

·         Reliable and punctual

·         A clear and confident communicator

·         Calm and efficient under pressure

·         Ministry of Justice check and pre-employed drug test required

 

Preferred (or willingness to obtain):

·         Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

·         First Aid Certificate
