We are looking for a full-time office Manager to join our team based in Wellington, taking
responsibility and overseeing the office and administrative tasks of the company. As an
Office Manager, you will ensure efficient office management systems, supervise staff,
and support business operations while maintaining compliance with company policies
and New Zealand legislation.
The successful candidate must have a relevant qualification equivalent to Level 5 or
higher in business administration/management or related filed OR a minimum of 2
years’ experience working in a Managerial/supervisory position in any field.
As we operate 7 days a week, so you must be flexible and ready to work on weekends
as well if required.

Detailed duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
· Manage the day-to-day running of the operations of the business in an efficient
manner.
· Managing the Invoices and bills.
· Liaising with suppliers and customers to coordinate business operations.
· Assigning work to team members and monitoring their work performance
· Allocating the resources including staff, equipment, office space and supplies.
. Coordinating recruitment and training of staff members and manage leave records,
payroll administration, staff rosters and their performance documentation.
. Liaising with management, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth business
operations.
· Regular stock takes and ordering the supplies as per the needs of the business
· Ensuring the workplace and the team complies with relevant government legislation
and policies.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are met
· Managing and maintaining management reports and maintaining accurate and up-to-
date business records.
. Promoting and advertising the company's services
. Formulating and implementing company marketing policy and suggesting company
services and packages to customers by understanding their needs
. Undertaking budgeting of the company
. Motivating and support the team to achieve desired outcomes
This is a full-time permanent role and you will be working for a minimum of 32 hours per
week and the pay rate for this position will be 35.00 NZD per hour. If you wish to join
