Greenspark Wanaka Limited seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Manager in Wanaka to oversee customer service for residential, short-stay, and commercial cleaning clients. Main contact for clients, responsible for relationship management, issue resolution, staff coordination, quality control, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Client Relationships
- Act as the primary contact for property owners, property managers and commercial clients, confirming their service requirements, property instructions and scheduling needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to enquiries, service requests, complaints and urgent changes.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction, resolve outstanding concerns and support ongoing client retention.
Staff Rostering and Coordination
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, allocating employees to properties based on availability, experience, location and client requirements.
- Respond to staff absences, last-minute bookings and schedule changes to ensure all client services remain adequately covered.
- Communicate work instructions and property requirements to staff, monitor attendance and service completion, and resolve operational issues affecting clients.
Service Quality and Performance
- Monitor service delivery and conduct quality inspections to ensure agreed client standards and property requirements are met.
- Investigate service failures, arrange corrective work and provide staff with feedback, coaching and guidance where required.
- Review complaints, customer feedback and service performance to identify recurring issues and improve training, procedures or scheduling.
Customer Service Procedures
- Develop and review customer service procedures, response standards and complaint-handling processes.
- Ensure customer requests and complaints are recorded, prioritised and communicated to the appropriate staff.
- Review customer feedback and prepare reports for management on client satisfaction, complaints and service-delivery performance.
Health and Safety
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate property hazards, access requirements and relevant safety instructions to staff.
- Respond to client concerns involving safety, security, property access or staff conduct, and ensure keys, access codes and client information are handled securely.
Skills and Experience:
At least two years’ relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Good communication and time management skills.
Rostered shifts will include weekdays, weekends, public holidays, early starts, and late finishes, depending on client and business requirements.
Hold a clean NZ drivers licence or be willing to obtain one within the first 3 months of starting.
Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed.
