  • Open and close the restaurant.
  • Supervise front of house staff during shifts.
  • Support the manager in the daily operation of the restaurant.
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerTake food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and alcoholic beverages in accordance with New Zealand regulations.
  • Process payments and operate the POS system.
  • Monitor stock levels or inventory.
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
  • Follow food safety and health & safety procedures.
  • Assist with training new staff when required.
  • Ensure smooth service during busy periods.

  • Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant restaurant experience (or equivalent experience).
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional Appearance Standards.
  • Ability to pass drug test.
  • Ability to supervise staff during shifts.
  • LCQ (or willingness to obtain it)
