We are currently seeking 1 Operations Manager to manage our business operations in Waikato region on a full-time permanent basis

Key Responsibilities May include:

• Plan, organise, direct, and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
• Develop work schedules and allocate staff to client sites.- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate supervisors and cleaners.
• Ensure cleaning services meet company quality standards and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance audits.
• Manage client relationships and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare staff rosters and oversee workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand health and safety requirements.
• Monitor budgets, labour costs, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
• Authorise purchasing of equipment and consumables.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement company policies and cleaning procedures.
• Coordinate contracts and service schedules with clients.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Assist with quotations, tenders, and onboarding new clients.
• Manage operational risks and oversee multiple cleaning contracts.

Education And Qualification

The successful applicant should have:

• Bachelor degree or   2 years relevant experience

• Position: Operations Manager
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week
• Location: Waikato Region
• Hourly Rate: Competitive and based on skills and experience.
