As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to support business improvement initiatives, optimise operational processes, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organisational effectiveness.

 

About the Role

The Management Consultant will work closely with senior management to review business operations, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical strategies to support sustainable growth.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyse current business operations, organisational structures, and internal processes to identify areas for improvement;
  2. Provide recommendations on operational efficiency, workflow optimisation, and organisational effectiveness;
  3. Support strategic planning and business development initiatives;
  4. Conduct market research, data analysis, and performance reviews to support management decision-making;
  5. Review and improve internal management systems, procedures, and reporting processes;
  6. Assist with cross-functional projects to improve service quality and operational outcomes;
  7. Provide independent advice and solutions to support business growth and continuous improvement.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant qualification in business, management, economics, or a related discipline;
  • Proven experience in management consulting, business analysis, operations improvement, or a related field;
  • Strong skills in business analysis, strategic planning, and process optimisation;
  • Experience in analysing business performance and providing data-driven recommendations;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving organisational performance.

 

Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare services, workforce management, service operations, or professional services environments will be highly regarded.
