Senior Administrator required to manage payroll, accounts and business admin, providing accurate financial support & seamless office operations
ABOUT HARRAWAYS:
Harrways the iconic NZ oats brand; in partnership with Platinum Recruitment are looking to hire their next Senior Administrator.

Harraways has been operating from its original mill site for over 150 years ago and is still 100% NZ-owned and operated, sourcing the finest crops from the Otago/Southland hills producing oats that are eaten by local and export customers. ROLE:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, maintain accurate employee and payroll records, and support the day-to-day financial administration of the business. You will be responsible for managing customer payments, receipts, credits and claims, processing supplier invoices and reconciliations, coordinating vendor and import payments, and assisting with PAYE obligations and banking transactions. The role also involves supporting monthly reporting and audit requirements, learning sales order processing, undertaking stock reconciliations, and providing broad administrative support across the business while working closely with the wider management team

SKILL SET:
  • Proven experience in payroll and office administration roles.
  • Strong accounts administration skills, including accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in MYOB (highly desirable), Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, dependable and able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
