Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity

The Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) at Te Toka Tumai Auckland City Hospital is a 24/7 central hub responsible for the management and coordination of overall daily hospital operations. The IOC is made up of 10 services across various professions and disciplines that enable the safe and effective management of hospital operations.

Providing general administration support to the IOC leadership team, the Team Support role plays a pivotal role in our day-to-day service delivery.

Your responsibilities as a Team Support would include:

• Diary and inbox management
• Booking meetings, agendas, and minutes
• Preparing and populating reports
• Management of IOC general inventory
• Coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams

Full training, induction and ongoing support will be provided. For those wishing to develop their career we will also provide professional development opportunities.
