Job Description:

Prepare, cook and garnish european cusine and Indian cusine platters.

Monitor staff and employees rosters and time records.

Manage inventory replanishments and inward and outward goods.

Co-ordinate with other team members and sub-ordinates to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

Assist chef in managing and procuring inventory goods and services.

Handle customer queries and complaints.

Check health and safety records and maintain complances at all times.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Level 5 or above qualification in Hospitality or Currlinary arts is required.

4+ years of proven work experience in a hospitality field. 

An excellent team player with communication and interpersonal skills.

Duty Managers certiifcate is an advantage not essential.

Must have clean class 1 drivers licence with clean record.

Applicant with New zealand residence class visa or citizenship are eligible for this position.
