About the Role - Cook

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items in a fast paced environment. 

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items 
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
• Portion and quality control
• Train kitchen staff
• Assist chefs with menu development and costing
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens
• Maintain a clean kitchen area and comply with health and safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Provide exceptional service to customers with attention to detail

Experience and Attributes Required

• Must have at least two year work experience
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and public holidays
• The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure;
• High-energy individual with the ability to cope well in a very fast paced environment.
