Wellington's Number 1 party bar & nightspot is on the hunt for a new superstar Venue Manager to take the reigns of this super-popular venue! The successful candidate will need to demonstrate first-class skills in managing a team of bartenders, floor staff and security hosts, effectively running busy shifts, and have a good understanding of the business of hospitality including sales targets, cost of goods, wages, operating expenses and driving exceptional gross profit. 
 
This role also attracts weekly and monthly bonuses based on KPI's. If this business does well, then so do our people!

Key Info:

  • Full-time permanent position, with a minimum guaranteed hours of 30 per week
  • Job Location: Saint Diablo on Courtenay Place
  • Hourly rate of pay between $35 - 40, depending on experience. Weekly bonuses (revenue share) based on sales targets. 
  • Minimum one year of experience in cocktail bartending, and late-night club/party bar high-capacity venues
  • Proven experience as a Bar/Venue Manager
  • LCQ and Current Managers Certificate required
