Retail Pharmacy Assistant
We have an opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at Auckland City Hospital Pharmacy. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to patients and customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will support both the dispensary and retail teams, assisting with over-the-counter (OTC) sales, stock management, and general day-to-day pharmacy operations. You will also play a key role in supporting patients with non-prescription healthcare advice and ensuring the pharmacy runs efficiently through effective stock control and customer engagement.

- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive and willing to support the wider pharmacy team
- Be comfortable providing basic health and wellness advice within scope
Desirable:
- Pharmacy retail experience
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
- National Certificate in Pharmacy (Retail Assistant) or equivalent
- Experience working with pharmacy systems (e.g. Toniq)
