About the Role
As the Physio Outpatient Administrator Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and reception support to the Allied Health Outpatient Department. You will be the first point of contact for patients, whānau and visitors, ensuring they receive a welcoming and professional experience while helping to maintain the smooth day to day operation of the service.
This is a busy and rewarding role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service. You will coordinate clinic preparation, manage patient health records, support data accuracy across multiple systems, and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patients receive timely and efficient care.

Our Allied Health Outpatient team supports a wide range of services that help patients achieve the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes. We are a collaborative and supportive team that values professionalism, continuous improvement and delivering excellent patient experiences.
Based in Hastings, you will join a friendly and dedicated team that plays an important role in supporting clinical services and ensuring patients receive high quality care throughout their healthcare journey.

About You
As a Physio Outpatient Administrator Coordinator, you will bring:
- Strong administrative and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A strong customer service focus and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, whānau and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing records, appointments and data.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A professional, reliable and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high quality service.
