Oversee day-to-day Auckland office operations and administrative support with safety focus

Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will manage all office administrative duties, ensure the smooth running of the office and provide quality service.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities, promoting an environment where each employee makes safety their priority
  • Handling front office reception, incl. assisting any visiting clients; answering phones/emails, handling company inquiries, ordering/replenishing stationery and light food refreshments; general maintenance;
  • Coordinating with outside suppliers, service providers and facilities management;
  • General administration tasks, incl. scanning and filing documentation;
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Assistance with credit card transaction processing via Receipt Bank;
  • Manage the vehicle fleet management administrative duties to include the tracking of all insurance, registration, drivers license for all employees with a Provision of Car in their contracts.
  • Proactively improve administrative processes across the office;
  • Assisting with accounts payable function;
  • Other administration duties as required.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative capacity (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Regular attendance.
