To support the great work we're doing, we're now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Transactional Specialist to join our team in Otahuhu.

About the Role

This isn't your typical billing role.

You'll investigate customer credit requests, identify root causes and work with teams across the business to resolve issues and prevent them from happening again. You'll also support contractor recoveries, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting activities.

Additional key duties include:

  • Investigating and processing customer credits
  • Identifying and addressing root causes of recurring issues
  • Managing contractor recoveries and invoicing
  • Supporting month-end accruals and reconciliations
  • Managing a shared team mailbox
  • Preparing reporting and documentation for weekly approval meetings
  • Building strong relationships across Sales, Operations and Finance teams

What You Will Bring

You'll be a proactive self-starter who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and seeing things through to completion.

Additionally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in administration—ideally within transport or logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confidence in using financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and composure.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision
