Join Our Rehabilitation Team - Ward 6
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a role where you can make a real difference? Ward 6 is a supportive and collaborative environment focused on helping patients regain independence and quality of life. You will care for patients with a wide range of needs, including stroke and complex neurological conditions, recovery following neurosurgery, and musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Our team works together to provide patient-centred care that promotes recovery and independence. We value teamwork, compassion, and continuous improvement in how we support patients and their whānau through their rehabilitation journey. You'll join a supportive team that values collaboration and offers opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development. This role is for 0.4 FTE, 32 hours per fortnight.
The successful applicant will have sound clinical nursing skills, a strong patient focus, and enthusiasm for working in a supportive team. You will be passionate about clinical excellence, innovation, and ongoing professional development. Experience in rehabilitation would be an advantage. About You The ideal candidate will already have:
- Registration with NZ Nursing Council
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Current NZ Work visa
- Rehabilitation nursing experience an advantage
- Committed to on-going learning
