About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to provide casual support to our Mental Health & Addictions Service at Health NZ (Nelson Hospital). As Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and updating patient and service information across a range of systems, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and recorded within required timeframes. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams, supporting the smooth operation of the service through the efficient management of data and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with information, has strong computer skills, and takes pride in producing accurate work. About the Team/Service/Location

The Mental Health & Addictions Service provides specialist assessment, treatment, and support services across the Nelson Marlborough region. You will be joining a dedicated administration team that plays an important role in supporting clinical staff and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our community.

About You

As a Data Entry Administrator, you will:

  • Have proven data entry and administration experience;
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Be confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Have excellent organisational and time-management skills;
  • Communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.

The successful applicant must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid New Zealand work visa at the time of application.
