About the role As Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the regional team — helping our people stay organised, connected, and focused on delivering great support for tāngata whai ora, taiohi, whānau, and communities. You'll work closely with internal teams across Pathways, Real, and Wise Management Services, as well as external providers, to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across multiple sites. This is a varied, people-focused role where your professionalism, initiative, and commitment to Pathways values will make a real impact.

In this role, you may: Provide proactive support to the Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and thoughtful use of time to support wellbeing; Coordinate projects, training, events, and regional initiatives so they are well organised and easy for others to engage with; Support the smooth coordination of the regional vehicle fleet; Contribute to safety and wellbeing practices across the region, including playing an active role in the regional safety and wellbeing committee; Take clear, accurate meeting minutes when required; Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners supporting our tāngata whai ora and taiohi, including pharmacies, government departments, first aid providers, and training suppliers; Liaise confidently with Pathways kaimahi, including being present at service sites, responding helpfully to queries, and escalating issues to the right manager when needed.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, based at Harakeke House in Manukau, Auckland. Skills & Experience We're looking for a responsive, adaptable administrator who brings energy, warmth, and calm organisation to a busy regional environment. You'll communicate confidently with a wide range of people, take initiative, and enjoy being part of a team that is passionate about improving mental health and addiction outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to connect with people across teams and services; Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to spot what needs doing; Strong time management, organisation, and file maintenance skills; A professional, approachable manner and presentation; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other office technologies; Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi; Knowledge of the New Zealand health sector, particularly the non-government and community sector, would be an advantage.
