Join our vibrant and growing café, where we take pride in offering
delicious food, exceptional service, and an inviting atmosphere. We’re
looking for a dynamic and dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our
team, ensuring smooth operations while providing top-notch customer
service. It is a full-time permanent role with a minimum guaranteed 30
hours of work per week.

The candidate must be able to work but not limited to:

  • Run smooth operations of the cafe. Juggling great service, training
    and rostering your team, and planning for future growth, is all in a day’s
    work
  •  Must be able to plan the menus to be served in the restaurant in
    consultation with the chefs.
  • Organize events and functions, make proper plans and
    arrangements for the gathering
  • Manage purchases and pricing with the suppliers and carefuly
    prepare a budget for optimal profit.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels
  • Manage financial transactions of the restaurants and maintain good
    record- keeping
  • Having discussions with the customers to assess if the customers are
    satisfied with the meals and services provided
  • Value customer feedback and develop strategies for continuous
    improvements
  • Assuring that the dining facilities meet the health and safety
    regulations
  • Ensure that everything is clean, functional and of
    suitable/presentable appearance.
  • Select and train the waiting and kitchen staff along with supervising
    the staff.
  • May be required to take the reservations/bookings.
  • Must greet the guests and assist them in taking orders when required.

Required skills :

  • Excelent communication skils, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing staff groups and major events
  • Excelent interpersonal skils with the wilingness to be a team player
  • Commitment to get the job done
  • The successful candidate must hold a minimum Level 5
    qualification or 2 years of relevant work experience
  • The successful candidate must have a clean driving & criminal
    record.
