About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Administrator/Typist to join our small, dedicated administration team supporting the Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions Service in Rotorua. This critical role plays a vital part in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and successful team. Because our environment is dynamic, the ideal candidate will possess the flexibility required to manage shifting priorities and a genuine adaptability to change. About the Team/Service/Location
The Te Ngako Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions Service provides quality mental health care, clinical assessment and treatment for adults with community mental health issues in the Rotorua area.

About You
This is an interesting and varied position that would suit someone with the following skills/experience:
- Enjoy working as part of a busy team
- Have exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
- Have at least 3-5yrs experience in administrative functions (experience in healthcare administration would be ideal but not essential)
- Have fast and accurate keyboard skills and audio-typing skills
- Be adaptable and flexible in work practices
- Be able to work under pressure and stick to timeframes
- Experience in the use of hospital software systems would be an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills would be ideal but not essential
- Full NZ drivers license
