Paramedic

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Paramedic to join our team in Otaki!

This is a permanent position starting immediately, working a 42 hour DDNN roster.

We are looking for driven and compassionate individuals who are committed to help us achieve our mission, and who have a willingness to demonstrate behaviors that align with Hato Hone St John core values - Do the right thing, Side by side, straight up, Make it better, Open minds.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current St John Authority to Practice at Paramedic level
  • Current Registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council
  • Excellent operational and clinical performance to date
  • Excellent driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
  • A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Evidence of CCE
  • Demonstrated behaviors that align with Hato Hone St John's core values - Do the right thing, Side by Side, Straight Up, Make it better, Open Minds
