About the Role
As a Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Health Promotion Directorate to deliver its priorities effectively. Working closely with Group Managers, teams, and stakeholders, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support that enables smooth day-to-day operations. You will help organise meetings, events, and travel, support business processes and systems, and contribute to effective communication and information management across the directorate. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships across the organisation.

About You
You are a proactive and organised team player with strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality support. You build positive relationships, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.
- Experience providing administrative and coordination support.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time-management skills.
- The ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively.
- A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Desirable:
- Experience with procurement or contract administration.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
