Outpatients Booking Administrator
The Service Booking Administrator will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the outpatient's service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.
The booking administrator ensures that the patient journey through the outpatient service is as stress free as possible for the patient, and the appointment scheduling and process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner utilising the patient administration system.

You will have a friendly and welcoming nature and be comfortable interacting with patients both in person and on the phone. As an experienced administrator you will also be skilled at juggling multiple priorities and able to remain calm under pressure.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a busy administration role
- High degree of knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent word processing and data entry skills, with a strong eye for detail
- Flexible approach with the ability to successfully prioritise your workload
- Respectful nature handling confidential, often sensitive information in a professional manner
