The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong financial background and a reputation for getting things done?

We are looking for a highly organised, detail oriented professional who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. This role provides robust administrative, commercial, and financial support across all levels of the business, from frontline operational staff through to supervisors and managers.

This role is best suited to an experienced administrator who has built strong capability across contract and financial administration and enjoys working in a high volume environment. Strong time management skills will be essential, as you'll be balancing competing deadlines while ensuring accuracy across a broad range of financially focused administrative activities.

You'll take pride in delivering high quality work, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting operational teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month end administration processes and reporting requirements
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management for the Surfacing Department
  • Maintain financial accuracy and compliance with company processes and procedures
  • Support payment claims, and work assignments where required
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation on Sharepoint
  • Attend contract meeting and contribute to administrative and reporting requirements
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

You've likely built your career across contract administration, commercial support, finance administration, project administration, or business operations roles and can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

You will bring with you:

  • Solid experience in a Senior Contract Administrator, Commercial Administrator, Finance Administrator, or Business Support role
  • Strong financial administration experience
  • Advance Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Pronto, or similar.
  • Experience supporting operational, infrastructure, construction, engineering, transport, or project-based environments.
  • Experience within civil construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities, maintenance, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and financial controls.
