NZ LHCK Limited is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palmerston North. If you have strong leadership skills, a focus on excellent customer service, and a drive for smooth daily operations, we would love to hear from you!

It is a permanent & full time position. 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Excellent customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning menus in consultation with Chefs.

  • Planning and organising special functions.

  • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.

  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.

  • Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance.

  • Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.

  • Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.

  • Assisting with taking reservations, greeting guests, and taking orders as needed.

Working Hours and Condition:

  • Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week with up to 50 hours per week depending on business needs.
  • Operating roaster runs Monday to Sunday, between 2:00pm and 10:00pm.

Wages:

Between $28 ~ $36 per hour depending on your skill.
