The new maintenance contract with NZTA requires an Asset Information Coordinator to oversee and optimise AWM processes across the regional contract and drive excellence in asset management. 

The role is a full time position, based in Hawke's bay, with guaranteed 40 hours a week, with annual salary from $81,175 up to $109,825, depending on skills and experience.

Required qualificaiton & experience for the role:

  • Tertiary qualification (diploma or higher) in Civil Engineering or Information Technology
  • Relevant qualification in Management
  • 5+ years experience in AWM systems
  • Proven experience with AWM database structures
  • Experience configuring contractor and Pocket AWM setups
  • Experience training others
  • Experience with cloud-based software configuration
  • Experience in reporting and analytics
  • Exposure to software testing or QA environments
  • Customer service/relationship management experience
