Whether it’s a one-off tidy-up or regular mowing, our goal is simple – to make your lawn look its best without the hassle. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager.

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Full time Role- 30 to 40 Hours per week

Pay Starts from $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide quotes and information about lawn mowing, gardening, and related services.
• Schedule and coordinate lawn mowing jobs with customers and staff.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, bookings, and service schedules.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, payments, and feedback.
• Coordinate with lawn mowing teams to ensure services are completed on time.
• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist with improving customer service procedures and business operations.
• Prepare basic customer service reports and assist management when required.

Requirements for the role:

• 2 years experience in a customer centric role or office administration or a managerial position is required.
• A diploma at level 5 or above in Business/management or a Bachelors in Business or Management or any bachelors may subsitute the work experience required.
• Holding a Bachelors is advantageous but strictly not a mandatory requirement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
